From Packaging to Packaging !

Box front view

You must have guessed from the title that its for Lessology's current challenge Packaging Central .I made a box. Have some more looks before I tell you how I made it..

Other side view
For this box I started with the plastic tray ,that comes with sweets ..

plastic tray
I have hoarded lots of them and while storing them in a big carton box I realized that a box can be made by arranging two trays one above the other. So I took two trays covered them with tissue, they looked pathetic , came in even more tissue still no improvement ,then came in colors..pink..some .. blue it turned out mix of blue n violet..looking even more bad.May be..I should have colored it with white acrylic color before starting with tissue ...What have I done...??
Another packaging came to my rescue ...

pattern made with bubble wrap

Yes bubble wrap..made some patterns using bubble wrap with acrylic color..hmm..slight ok..now..
placed them one above other ,pierced holes and attached them with metal rings .I thought of decorating the top with lots of flowers..it didn't look good ...now ??
Another packaging...soap cover...

soap cover
It already had punched holes in it..so I made a big rosette and a small rosette with remaining strips. To add some more texture I used another packaging..(hey..don't get pissed ..its  last one..) the net which comes with fruits and finally added a fringed flower at the center.I have used a dark blue paper for base of this arrangement.

This is how the box opens...

I have used jute twine with beads to hold it together . Thanks a lot for staying with me n reading such a long post with packaging overload :D !!...One more favor..ya comments !!
